They acquire the building with open plan floor plates with suspended ceilings, lighting and air-conditioning. A contractor is appointed to design and install the fit out which includes partitioning (some demountable), kitchen facilities, signage, a storage wall system, IT installation, alterations to the air conditioning and new furniture.
